Indaba is a wholesale company selling to validated retailers and trade accounts.
Please take a moment to review our policies, terms, and conditions before placing an order.
Minimum Order
All new orders and re-orders must be at least $500. This minimum applies per location.
Prices
All prices are quoted in wholesale dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales taxes.
Payment Terms
Orders are taken subject to approval and acceptance by the Head Office of Indaba Trading Limited. Orders are subject to the availability of merchandise. Merchandise may be discontinued without notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Net 30 payment terms may be granted upon approval of credit application. Download and complete the application form (English | Français), and return it to ar@indabatrading.com.
Overdue accounts are subject to 2% interest per month.
Order Cancellation
Ten (10) WRITTEN days notice prior to the ship date is required to cancel an order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to applicable charges.
Claims and Returns
Indaba is a wholesaler of handcrafted home and lifestyle products. There may be minor variations in size, colour and finish because our products are handmade.
Indaba must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise if there are concerns regarding damages during shipment or other matters.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee may apply.
To submit a claim contact our Customer Service Centre at claims@indabatrading.com.
Once a claim is approved, a credit will be applied to your account that must be used within a year.
We do not issue payment refunds.
Shipping and Freight Rates
Indaba applies a freight rate depending on region and order amount. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Freight charges may be subject to fuel charges dependent on market conditions.
Additional charges include but are not limited to delivery appointments, remote addresses, residential delivery, tailgate, Storage and inside delivery
MAP Policy
Your retail price must at least double the wholesale cost.
For Example: An item with a $30 wholesale cost MUST be featured with a Minimum Advertised Price of $60 or more. Prices may be rounded down by no more than $0.05.
It is not a violation of MAP to advertise that a customer may “call for price” or “e-mail for price”, or to use similar language that alludes to a different or lower price as long as the listed price follows MAP. Coupons that apply to the shopping cart are also acceptable.
MAP Pricing is strictly enforced. If Indaba discovers an item that isn’t compliant with our policy, the offender has 24 hours to re-price or remove the item. Indaba will not fulfill any orders until the pricing is adjusted or the item is removed.

Restriction on Third-Party Selling Platforms
Indaba prohibits resale distribution through online third-party reseller platforms that include, but are not limited to, Etsy, Amazon eBay etc. Third-party reseller platform restriction is strictly enforced. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the loss of authorized reseller status.
